Dialogue: An advisory case study

Updated: Jul 20

I find dialogue to be a little like a single thread unfolding through time, where the challenge is to hold this thread and keep it straight. By which I mean keeping

Because time and time again issues arise when the thread is dropped and communication ceases. Or when it is tangled because it lacks purpose, clarity, or precision.

I think this thread is everything, in business and in social discourse. And retaining it while keeping it straight is possibly the best definition of seamless communication I can imagine.
